The double screw oil press is a kind of screw oil press with two screws running in opposite directions in the same cage.
Working principle
The oil in the material embryo is squeezed out by using the squeezing force generated by an opposite screw shaft in the squeezing cage, and the whole oil squeezing process from the material embryo entering the oil press to the cake is continuous.

1. Compact structure, strong and durable;
2. The two screw shafts are specially engaged in the squeezing chamber, which is not suitable for sliding chamber and has strong adaptability;
3, two screw shear conveying, to solve the problem of high oil content, low fiber oil is not good pressing;
4. Large thrust, strong self-cleaning ability, and can adapt to the cold pressing of various oil with high oil content;
5. The vertical cake-out mechanism enables the squeezing screw shaft to be centered and supported, and the thickness of the cake can be adjusted in time during work;
6. The squeezing cage is split in the vertical plane and supported by hinges at both ends. Therefore, there is no slag accumulation on the press cage, the oil is discharged smoothly, and the maintenance is convenient;
