Development Process
In 2003, the company was established, the original development-double screw oil press, and obtained the national patent right.
In 2004, the industrial production assessment of double screw oil press was completed, and the national agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation fund support was obtained through the national appraisal. Successfully applied to the process of simultaneous extraction of peanut protein powder by low-temperature pressing of red-coated peanut kernels.
In 2005, the double screw oil press was included in the national spark plan. It was successfully applied to the normal temperature pressing process of dehulled tea seed kernels.
In 2006, the improved double screw oil press won the national patent. It has been successfully applied to the low temperature pressing process of peeling hemp kernels. SSYZ30 double screw oil press was first exported to Germany.
In 2007, Mr. Gu Qianghua, chief engineer of the company, won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress in "technology and application of low-temperature oil production and protein deep processing. The double screw oil press was successfully applied to the process of normal temperature pressing of flaxseed, dehulled soybean and dehulled cottonseed kernel at low temperature. SSYZ50L double screw oil press exported to Russia for the first time.
In 2008, the double screw oil press won the Science and Technology Progress Award of China Grain and Oil Society.
In 2009, the double screw oil press was successfully applied to the low-temperature pressing process of shelled walnuts and unclothed almonds.
In 2010, the double screw oil press was successfully applied to the low-temperature pressing process of peeled rapeseed and sesame.
In 2011, the company's "research and application of camellia seed shelling and cold pressing to produce pure natural camellia seed oil" won the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
In 2012, the double screw oil press was exported to Australia for the first time. Successfully applied to the low temperature pressing process of sage seeds and safflower seeds.
In 2013, the SSYZ100L type double screw oil press was successfully developed and put on the market. Enter Taitaille, Huifu Grain and Oil and other well-known enterprises used in shelling sunflower seeds, soybean low-temperature pressing process. First export to Ukraine.
In 2014, the internal circulation drying (cooling) machine for camellia seeds was successfully developed and put on the market.
In 2015, a full set of flaxseed normal temperature pressing production line was successfully put into operation after being exported to Chile. A full set of peanut red coat-removing low-temperature pressing production line was successfully put into operation in Xingcheng, Liaoning Province.
In 2016, the company's administrative center officially settled in the national high-tech zone-Donghu New Technology Development Zone (Optics Valley) to complete the shareholding system transformation.
In 2017, the company's equity was officially listed as "Wuhan Equity Custody Trading Center", referred to as: FAO Machinery. Equity Code: 101547
