Linseed low-temperature pressing oil production line-1
The double-screw oil press has been widely used in low-temperature pressing production lines for dehulled peanut kernels, dehulled tea seed kernels, dehulled rapeseed kernels, dehulled sunflower kernels, linseeds, perilla seeds, soybeans and other oil crops.
Double screw oil press is a new type of new oil press with high efficiency, low energy consumption and strong adaptability. It has the following significant advantages:
1. It is suitable for normal temperature pressing and traditional hot pressing of various oil crop seeds;
2. It has the characteristics of reverse rotation, mutual occlusion, automatic removal, suspension centering, etc.;
3. Higher compression ratio; strong radial compression force; make the pressing more thorough;
4. Low power, low energy consumption, processing the same amount of oil, saving power by 20%-30%;
5. Using low-temperature pressing technology to protect protein from low denaturation, complete flavor of raw materials, and complete nutrient retention;
6. Under the same hot pressing process, the residual oil rate of dry cake is 1% to 3% lower than that of a single screw press.
