The double screw oil press has been popularized and applied in the low-temperature pressing production line of oil crops such as red-coated peanut kernel, dehulled tea seed kernel, dehulled rapeseed kernel, dehulled sunflower kernel, flaxseed, perilla seed, soybean and so on.
The double screw oil press is a new type of oil press with high efficiency, low energy consumption and strong adaptability. It has the following significant advantages:
1. Adapt to the normal temperature pressing and traditional hot pressing of various oil crop seeds;
2. It has the characteristics of reverse rotation, mutual bite, automatic removal, suspension axis centering, etc;
3. Higher compression ratio; strong radial compression force; make the pressing more thorough;
4. Small power, low energy consumption, processing the same amount of oil, saving electricity 20%-30%;
5. The use of low-temperature pressing process, the protection of protein low denaturation, raw material flavor integrity, nutrient retention completely;
6. Under the same hot pressing process conditions, the residual oil rate of dry cakes is 1% ~ 3% lower than that of single screw oil press.
